Minimalist Interiors

There's nothing like a clean and controlled use of white walls and neural tones to complete a living space. Each of these work with flooring materials and textures (concrete, dyed wood, glossy tiles), simple plants, and warmer tones in accessories to accentuate levels and design. So much inspiration!

Seems that summer is the only season/time that I remember and have the time to jot a few things down. I feel like I owe it to myself to make more of an effort, but I've started over so many times that it's probably pointless to start a new, well everything. In conclusion, I think it necessary to keep these posts short and sweet.

I feel as if I always come back to this blog in the fog of a lack of inspiration. Being home keeps me in a style of comfort and blandness, resulting in a lifestyle that I fear the most. In all honesty, I always find myself wanting to leave again and again, but I'm certain that I will soon enough. So I stay.

This summer I traveled with my family to the all too familiar but beautiful Hong Kong, and had the opportunity to visit Japan. My thirst for new locations and environments will never cease.
